How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free in Italy. For international destinations, any shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

How can I pay?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and include card, PayPal and Scalapay. Cash on delivery is not available.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Once the courier collects your order, you will receive the information needed to track delivery.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned intact and complete. For a final return, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility except in case of defects or errors on our side.

Does Cannes really include two chains?

Yes. Cannes includes 2 interchangeable chains, a case and an Identity & Warranty Card.

How long is the warranty?

Cannes is covered by a 24-month warranty. For support, contact us and include your order number.
