Returns and exchanges, made simple.
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned intact and complete with packaging and accessories.

Eyewear, accessories, case and packaging must be returned intact, with no signs of use beyond normal try-on.
Ship it back
For a final return, return shipping and organization are the customer’s responsibility, except in case of a defective product or an error on our side.
