How much does shipping cost in Italy and abroad?
In Italy, the cost of shipping is €3.99.
As far as countries outside Italy are concerned, the shipping price varies, depending on the destination and the weight of the goods.
To find out the exact price of shipping to your destination, you can add the products to your cart and proceed with the purchase, the system will automatically calculate the cost of shipping based on the information entered.
What are the delivery times?
On average, delivery in Italy is expected within 3 working days.
For other countries, delivery times are 5-7 working days.
What are the payment methods?
Payment can be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Klarna, Maestro, Bancontact, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay .
When I place an order can I receive the webtracking code?
Yes, it is a standard procedure that we adopt.As soon as the courier takes charge of your package, you will receive an email with the tracking link.
Are taxes and customs duties included in the price?
For orders placed from a territory located within the European Union, the price published online includes taxes and customs duties .
For orders placed from a territory located outside the European Union, the price published online does not include customs duties and local national taxes of the destination country, which must be paid directly to the shipper at the time of delivery.
Can I make a return or exchange?
Yes, we always offer the option of making a refund or exchange of goods.
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. The returned products must be worn or viewed only for the time necessary to verify the size, fit and/or satisfaction.Any other use is prohibited.Furthermore, the products must be preserved in their integrity and consistency, in order to be put back on sale, and must not show signs of use other than the test of the product, nor must they be damaged, washed or altered.They must be returned with their attached tags, bag and/or original box.All returned items will be checked.
How long do I have to return the goods?
Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt of the purchased product.
What are the waiting times in the event of a return?
In the case of a return, the waiting times to view the credit range from 7 to 10 days.In case of exchange, a new shipment will be made at the time of the request for exchange of goods.
Is the return shipment free?
The return shipment is charged to the customer in case of definitive return.
As regards the exchange of goods, the new shipment will be free.
NB: You are responsible for the costs and organization of the return, except for sending defective goods or errors attributable to our warehouse.

In the event of a definitive return, it is mandatory to download the PDF form, print and fill it in, then insert it inside the shipment.
