How much does shipping cost in Italy and abroad?
In Italy, the shipping cost is €5.00.
As regards countries outside Italy, the shipping price is variable, depending on the destination and the weight of the goods.
To find out the exact shipping price for your destination, you can add the products to the cart and proceed with the purchase, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on the information entered.

What are the delivery times?
On average, delivery in Italy is expected within 3 working days.
For other countries, delivery times are 5-7 working days.

What are the payment methods?
You can pay via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Klarna, Maestro, Bancontact, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay . For orders from Italy it is possible to pay cash on delivery by paying a supplement of €5.00.

Can I receive the webtracking code when I place an order?
Yes, it is a standard procedure that we adopt. As soon as the courier receives your package, you will receive an email with the tracking link.

Are taxes and customs duties included in the price?
For orders placed from a territory located within the European Union, the price published online includes taxes and customs duties .
For orders placed from a territory located outside the European Union, the price published online does not include customs duties and national local taxes of the destination country, which must be paid directly to the shipper upon delivery.

Can I make a return or exchange?
Yes, we always offer the possibility of making a refunded return or exchange of goods.
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. The returned products must be worn or viewed exclusively for the time necessary to verify the size, fit and/or satisfaction. Any other use is prohibited. Furthermore, the products must be preserved in their integrity and consistency, in order to be able to be put back on sale, and must not show signs of use other than proof of the product, nor must they be damaged, washed or altered. They must be returned together with their attached tags, original bag and/or box. All returned items will be subjected to verification.

How long do I have to return the goods?
It is possible to return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the purchased product.

What are the waiting times in the event of a return?
In the event of a return, the waiting time to view the credit ranges from 7 to 10 days. In the event of an exchange, a new shipment will be made at the time of the request for an exchange of goods.

Is return shipping free?
Return shipping is paid by the customer in the case of a permanent return.
As regards the exchange of goods, the new shipment will be free.
NB: The costs and organization of the return are your responsibility, unless defective goods or errors attributable to our warehouse are sent.

How can I return or exchange?
To return or exchange, send an email to info@lucasgiordani.com, enter "return" or "exchange" as the subject followed by the order identification number (for example: "Return Order No. 1021").
It is advisable, in order to understand the needs of our customers, to also include in the email the reason why the return or exchange is requested. As soon as we receive your request, you will be contacted by one of our operators who will follow you throughout the entire operation.

In case of a permanent return, it is mandatory to download the PDF form, print it and fill it in, then insert it inside the shipment.

It is possible to pre-order a selection of items before they are even available, items of this type are identified by the Pre-Order label. By purchasing in advance you will ensure the item will arrive as soon as it is available.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we ship your package.
Pre-sale items cannot be purchased with cash on delivery methods.
