Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for Italy.
On average, delivery in Italy is expected within 3 working days. For other countries 5-7 working days.
What are the payment methods?
Payment can be made by MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Furthermore, for Italy, it is possible to carry out cash on delivery (payment on delivery).
When I place an order can I receive the webtracking code?
Of course, it is a standard procedure that we adopt, as soon as the courier takes charge of your package you will receive an email with the tracking link.
Are taxes and customs duties included in the price?
For orders placed from a territory located outside the European Union, the price published online does not include customs duties and local national taxes of the country of destination, which must be paid directly to the shipper upon delivery.
Can I make a return/exchange?
Of course, we always offer the option of a refund or exchange of goods.
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received.
The products being returned must be worn/viewed only for the time necessary to check the size, fit and/or satisfaction with the item itself. Any other use is prohibited.
The products must also be preserved in their integrity and consistency, in order to be put back on sale, they must not show signs of use other than proof of the product, they must not be damaged , washed or altered. They must be returned in the condition in which they were received: with all tags attached, together with their original bag and/or box.
All returned items will undergo verification.
How long do I have to return the goods?
Returns/exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt of the purchased product.
However, what are the times in case of returns?
The waiting times to view the credit range from 7 to 10 days.
In case of exchange, a further shipment will be made at the time of the request for exchange of goods.
Is return shipping free?
The return shipment is charged to the customer in case of definitive return.
As regards the exchange of goods, the new shipment will be free.
How can I return/exchange?
To return or exchange goods, you must send an e-mail to:

In the e-mail it is advisable, in order to understand the needs of our customers, to include the reason why the return or exchange is requested.
As soon as we receive your request, consequently, you will be contacted by one of our operators who will follow you throughout the operation.
Only in the event of a definitive return, it is mandatory to download the PDF form, print and fill in the aforementioned form to be included in the shipment

What does Pre-Order mean?
It is possible to pre-order a selection of items before they are even available, items of this type are identified by the Pre-Order label. By purchasing in presale you will ensure the item will arrive as soon as it is available.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we ship your package.
Pre-sale items cannot be purchased using payment on delivery methods.
